What is HUB51?
HUB51 is the new Shawnee Lodge Member Portal. It was designed to support future growth of Shawnee Lodge by optimizing the member experience for new generations of digital native audiences.
HUB51 is live now to support registration for the 2025 Fall Reunion, and we will continue to roll out new capabilities in the coming months. Long term, we expect this to be a one stop shop for everything Shawnee Lodge!

How do I register for an event in my HUB51 account?
Click the “Upcoming Events” page to view a list and access registration forms for upcoming events.
I logged into my portal and it says I'm not a current member but I paid my dues for 2025
Its likely we have a different email address connected with your profile in our records. You can use the email where your HUB51 welcome email was sent to connect to your existing member benefits.

How do I use my Season Pass/Thunderbird Pass benefits for the remaining 2025 events?
The Passcodes that were emailed out earlier this year remain the same, they will be used within HUB51 as a discount code which will adjust the price to reflect the pass benefits. Each passholder must be logged into their individual account in order to receive their passholder benefits.
How will HUB51 impact my Shawnee Membership in 2026?
More details will be released later in the fall. Starting in 2026, memberships will be valid for a full 12 month period, regardless of when they were purchased. In addition, members will have the option to allow the system to auto renew their memberships. We will continue to add new features to HUB51 in order to fully optimize your Shawnee Lodge experience.
